Description
            At Amazon, we're looking for a results-driven Program Manager to lead our medical annotation operations. You will work closely with a of large medical professionals, driving operational excellence through data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement.
Key job responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage daily work allocation and scheduling for medical annotators at scale
- Monitor real-time annotation queues and redistribute workload to prevent bottlenecks
- Create predictive analytics for capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
Productivity Management
- Develop scalable frameworks to track, audit and report productivity of each individual annotators-based volumes and quality of annotations
- Implement productivity improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with medical quality manager on complex cases
Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and performance analytics
- Develop comprehensive BI dashboards for reporting to AHS and One Medical leaders - 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
