All affiliates operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own business operations, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as speaking on behalf of or acting as an official agent of Brilliant Hires under any circumstance.

A unique affiliate tracking link
Access to your personal affiliate dashboard to track clicks, referrals, and commissions
A library of official marketing materials, including banners, logos, and brand-compliant messaging templates
Guidance on best practices for maximizing engagement and earnings
You may begin promoting Brilliant Hires immediately upon activation, provided all activity complies with this policy and the terms outlined in your affiliate agreement.
3. Referral Tracking and Attribution
Brilliant Hires uses an industry-standard affiliate tracking system to ensure that all valid referrals are accurately credited to the appropriate affiliate. This section outlines how referrals are tracked, how long the tracking remains active, and the limitations that apply to earning commissions.
3.1 Unique Referral Links
Each approved affiliate will receive a unique referral URL containing a personalized tracking code. This link is used to identify traffic, signups, and transactions generated through your promotional efforts.
You must use your designated referral link in all of your marketing materials, including blog posts, social media promotions, emails, and other authorized platforms. Only referrals generated through this link are eligible for commission.
3.2 Attribution Window
When a user clicks on your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser to record the referral. This cookie remains valid for 30 days.
If the referred user completes a qualifying action such as subscribing to a paid employer plan or purchasing a candidate upgrade within the 30-day window, you will receive credit for that referral.
If the user clears their cookies, switches devices, or uses another affiliate’s link within that window, attribution may be lost or reassigned.
3.3 Limitations
Referral tracking is subject to the following limitations:
First-click attribution applies: If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, only the first valid affiliate link will receive credit for the referral.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited: You may not use your own affiliate link to create an account or make purchases for yourself, your employer, or any entity under your control.
Fraudulent or incentivized signups are not eligible: Referrals generated through fake accounts, bots, misleading practices, or unauthorized incentives (e.g., promising cash back or rewards) will be disqualified.
Referral stacking or manipulation is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Brilliant Hires reserves the right to audit referral traffic and withhold commissions if there is evidence of abuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with this policy.
4. Commission Structure
The Brilliant Hires Affiliate Program rewards affiliates for driving high-quality traffic that converts into paying users. Commissions are earned based on qualifying actions performed by referred users, subject to the structure and conditions outlined below.
4.1 Commission Rates
Affiliates can earn commissions through two primary actions:
Employer Plan Purchases
You will earn 10%, 15%, 20% or 25% commission on the total value of any employer subscription depending on our affiliate level on (Essential, Standard, or Executive plans) purchased through your referral link.Candidate Upgrades
For each referred candidate who upgrades to the Access, Explorer or Top Talent Plan, you will also receive a 10%, 15%, 20% or 25% commission per transaction.
Additional promotional campaigns or seasonal bonus incentives may be offered at Brilliant Hires’ discretion and will be communicated via your affiliate dashboard or email.
4.2 Commission Conditions
To maintain program integrity, commissions will only be issued after the following conditions are met:
The referred user has completed a valid transaction, confirmed by successful payment processing.
The transaction has passed any applicable refund or chargeback window (typically 7 to 14 days from purchase).
The total confirmed commission balance in your affiliate account has reached the minimum payout threshold (see Section 5).
Brilliant Hires reserves the right to decline commissions for:
Transactions that are refunded or reversed
Accounts flagged for fraudulent behavior or policy violations
Referrals made in breach of this Affiliate Policy
4.3 Commission Caps and Adjustments
While there are no preset limits on how much affiliates can earn, Brilliant Hires may implement caps on commissions for specific promotional periods or high-volume partnerships, which will be disclosed in advance.
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates or program structure at any time, including changing payout amounts, introducing new commission tiers, or discontinuing existing offers. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes at least 7 days in advance, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Payout Terms
Brilliant Hires is committed to providing timely and transparent payouts to affiliates who earn commissions under the terms of this program. The following section outlines how and when commissions are paid, as well as important tax and threshold requirements.
5.1 Payment Schedule
Affiliate commissions are processed and paid on a monthly basis, using a net-30 payment cycle. This means that commissions confirmed in one calendar month will be paid out within 30 days after the end of that month, provided all eligibility conditions are met.
Payouts are made via PayPal, unless otherwise arranged or required. Affiliates must ensure that their PayPal account information is accurate and active. Brilliant Hires is not responsible for payment delays or failures due to incorrect payment details.
5.2 Minimum Payout Threshold
In order to receive a payout, your affiliate account must have accrued a minimum balance of $50 USD in confirmed commissions. If your account has not reached this threshold, the balance will roll over to the next payout cycle until the threshold is met.
Commissions that have not cleared the refund or verification window will be marked as pending and will not be eligible for payout until finalized.
5.3 Tax Reporting
Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with local, state, and national tax laws related to income earned through the Brilliant Hires Affiliate Program.
For affiliates based in the United States, we may require the submission of a completed IRS Form W-9 before issuing payouts. For affiliates outside the U.S., a W-8BEN or other applicable tax form may be required, depending on your location and tax status.
Brilliant Hires may report earnings to tax authorities where legally required, and may withhold payments if necessary documentation is not provided.
6. Promotional Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of the Brilliant Hires brand and ensure fair play within the affiliate community, affiliates are expected to follow all promotional standards outlined below. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the program.

All content should be honest, relevant to your audience, and clearly disclose the use of affiliate links where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines in the U.S.).
6.2 Prohibited Tactics
To protect the reputation of Brilliant Hires and ensure fair use of the affiliate program, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

Using misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated claims about the platform, its features, pricing, or success outcomes
Posting affiliate links on coupon, rebate, cashback, or deal aggregation sites unless expressly approved in writing
Engaging in spam, unsolicited emails, or mass messaging on social media or forums to promote your link
Impersonating Brilliant Hires, including using fake branding, logos, or false social profiles

Violating any of these rules may result in forfeiture of earned commissions and immediate termination from the program.
6.3 Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent the Brilliant Hires brand accurately, respectfully, and in alignment with our mission to support ethical, professional hiring and job-seeking experiences.
When using our name, logo, or design assets:

Do not modify, distort, or repurpose brand elements in a way that could cause confusion
Clearly distinguish yourself as an independent affiliate, not a representative, employee, or partner of Brilliant Hires
Avoid making unauthorized claims about the platform’s effectiveness or guarantees
Brilliant Hires reserves the right to review promotional content and require modifications or removal if it does not meet brand or compliance standards.
