Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock higher job posting limits, more candidate follows, increased resume downloads, and enhanced messaging features. Upgrading also gives you access to priority or extended support depending on the package.
Candidate profiles are ranked based on three main factors to ensure the most relevant and engaged individuals are shown first:
Activity level – How active the candidate is on the platform (e.g., logins, applications, messaging).
Profile completeness – Candidates with fully filled-out profiles (education, experience, skills, projects, etc.) appear higher.
Featured status – Candidates with a featured profile package are prioritized in search results.
Profiles that meet all three criteria are the most likely to appear at the top of employer searches.
Yes, you can. Employers have access to filtering tools that allow them to Filter by profile completeness to see candidates with the most detailed and fully filled-out profiles.
Yes. Candidate reviews are publicly visible to everyone, including other employers and even users who don’t have an account. This transparency helps employers make informed decisions based on past feedback from other hiring teams.
You can track the daily views and number of applicants for each job posting. On your main dashboard, you’ll also see an aggregated overview of all jobs and total applicants. Employers can adjust the date range to view analytics for the past 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
Coming soon, you’ll also get access to:
Number of impressions (how often your job appears in searches)
Average search position
Search queries that triggered your job listing
The directory or category where your job is displayed
These upcoming features will offer deeper insights to help you optimize job visibility and performance.
Yes, you can view the number of candidates who have seen your job listing. We’re currently working on adding a feature that will also show you how many candidates have saved your job listing, which will be available in a future update.
From your employer dashboard, go to the Companies tab. There, you can:
View, update, or delete existing companies
Create new companies you represent
Assign job posts to a specific company during job creation
Each company has its own distinct profile and branding, allowing you to manage listings for multiple organizations from a single account.
Your profile ranking determines how prominently you appear in employer searches and candidate listings. It’s calculated using a combination of the following factors:
1. Profile Activity
The more frequently you engage with the platform, the better. This includes logging in regularly, applying to jobs, sending messages, and updating your profile.
Active users are seen as more available and engaged, which increases their visibility to employers.
2. Profile Completeness
Employers are more likely to engage with candidates who have rich, detailed profiles. The platform gives higher ranking to profiles that include:
Full contact details
Multiple education entries
Relevant work experience
A list of skills
Projects you’ve worked on
Awards and recognitions
Completing every section of your profile increases your ranking and boosts your credibility.
3. Featured Profile Status
If you have a featured profile (based on your subscription/package), you are prioritized in search results regardless of other metrics.
Featured status increases exposure and helps you stand out from non-featured candidates.
Tips to Improve Your Profile Ranking
Log in regularly and keep your profile active.
Fill in every profile section with relevant, high-quality information.
Add visuals or documents (if supported) to your projects or experience.
Consider upgrading to a featured status for maximum visibility.
A well-maintained and active profile not only improves your ranking but also increases your chances of being contacted by top employers.
At the moment, there is no option to hide specific parts of your profile such as your contact information. However, your contact details are only visible to employers who have an active subscription plan. This ensures that only committed and verified employers who are genuinely looking to hire have access to your personal information.
If you want to remain completely private, you can switch your profile to Ghost Mode. This will hide your entire profile from employer searches and prevent anyone from viewing your profile until you decide to make it visible again. Ghost Mode is ideal if you are not actively looking for new opportunities but still want to keep your account intact.
To attract employers effectively, your experience and projects should be structured in a way that is clear, results-oriented, and easy to scan. Start with your most recent experience or project and work backward. For each role or project, include a concise title, the company or client name, the duration, and your responsibilities.
Use bullet points to highlight key achievements, focusing on measurable outcomes such as improvements, savings, growth, or successful deliverables. Avoid generic descriptions and instead describe the specific problems you solved, tools or technologies you used, and the value your work delivered.
For projects, clearly state the goal, your role, the skills or technologies involved, and the end result. Adding links, media, or documents to support your work can also strengthen your credibility. Keeping each entry professional, specific, and results-driven helps employers quickly understand your strengths and relevance to their open roles.
Unfortunately, you cannot apply to jobs anonymously. When you submit an application, your profile and contact details are shared with the employer so they can properly review your qualifications and follow up if needed. This ensures a transparent and professional application process for both candidates and employers.
Employer reviews can significantly impact how you are perceived by other employers on the platform. Positive reviews from past employers can build trust and demonstrate your professionalism, reliability, and work quality. These reviews are visible on your profile and can help you stand out in competitive searches.
While reviews do not directly boost your ranking in search results, they add credibility to your profile, which can increase your chances of being shortlisted or contacted. Consistently strong reviews can influence hiring decisions, especially when employers are comparing similar candidates.
Yes, you will receive status updates based on the actions the employer takes. If an employer shortlists you, sends a message, or schedules a meeting, you will be notified immediately through your dashboard and by email. However, if you do not receive any updates, it likely means the employer has chosen to move forward with other candidates or has not reviewed your application yet.
While we encourage employers to respond, not all of them provide feedback, especially if they receive a high volume of applications.
You cannot upload a separate portfolio file, but you can showcase your work by adding individual projects directly to your profile. This section effectively serves as your portfolio on the platform. However, external links are not allowed, so all information must be included within the project entries themselves.
To make your profile stand out, include detailed descriptions of each project, your role, the tools or technologies used, the objectives, and the outcomes. The more complete and informative your project entries are, the better employers can understand your skills and experience.
No, employers cannot see which individual candidates have viewed their job postings or company profiles. They only have access to general view counts, which show how many people have seen their listings overall. Your activity as a viewer remains anonymous.
Verified companies have a green checkmark next to their names. This indicates that their website, phone number, and location have been verified by the platform. It’s a sign that the company has passed a basic validation process.
However, verification does not guarantee that every job listing is completely accurate or that the company is entirely free from issues. To further assess trustworthiness, you can read verified employer reviews on their company profile. When searching for companies, you can also filter results to show only verified companies, helping you focus on employers with a confirmed presence.
You can only message an employer before applying if you are on the Top Talent Plan. This plan gives you the ability to initiate conversations with employers directly, even if you have not submitted an application yet.
If you are not on the Top Talent Plan, you will need to apply to the job first and wait for the employer to contact you.
No, there is no limit to how many skills or experiences you can add to your profile. You are encouraged to list all the skills you genuinely possess, as this increases your chances of appearing in more searches and being matched with relevant job opportunities.
However, it is important to keep your entries honest and accurate. Misusing the skills section or repeatedly adding unrelated or false information may lead to your account being flagged or permanently removed if you are reported multiple times.
Yes, you can save jobs to apply later. Simply click the save option on any job, and it will appear in your dashboard under My Jobs, specifically in the Wishlist tab.
You can also set up job alerts for similar opportunities. At the bottom of every job search results page, you will find a subscription box that allows you to subscribe to alerts based on your current search filters. Once subscribed, you will receive notifications when new jobs matching your criteria are posted.
